I will accompany you in a meditation in which we allow the body to relax and breathe properly. Body and soul receive new energy = (Qi). Everything can flow freely.

Variation

Meditation applied with simple Q-Gong elements. Leave everyday life outside.
Bring yourself to inner peace – ‘decelerate’, bring breathing-movement-mind to a realisable unity.
